Monday: 9 miles, 3000' gain, with Adrian, Mill Creek Terraces to Bowman Fork to 2-3 minutes shy of Desolation Trail and back (Adrian had to get back for dinner, so we couldn't quite peak out). Got off trail a bit at the top due to snow in upper Mill A Basin. I've been liking this Bowman Fork trail!
Tuesday: Off
Wednesday: Off, flew into Baltimore.
Thursday: 5 miles of running, 500' gain on Baltimore hills?, 16 miles of biking (as transportation), and a whopping 20 miles of walking around Baltimore all day. Probably not the smartest plan, but it was fine.
Friday: Off, drove to Shenandoah County, VA.
Saturday: 100 miles, 22:39, 14000' gain, Old Dominion 100 Mile Cross Country Run.
Sunday: Off, first day of 2 weeks of prescribed "Off-season" before training even harder for Speedgoat 50k, Wasatch 100, and California International Marathon (Yes, I am going to do this).
Weekly totals: 114 miles, 17000' gain.
